3. Order Shipment

Our products are shipped directly from our international partner suppliers (dropshipping). Consequently, items from the same order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on the products ordered.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package online. Please note that it may take a few days for the tracking status to be activated and updated by the carrier.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are:
